1st Place: Winner gets to design their dream guitar with Andrew and Sean. Guitar will be made by both Andrew and Sean and will feature winner's choice in pickups, scale length, body shape, top wood (from what we have available, bridge hardware, tuners, nut material, fret material, inlay design and more!
***Guitar type is limited to 6 string, 7 string or 8 string electric guitars whether solid body or semi-hollow body OR 4 string, 5 string electric bass whether solid body or semi-hollow body***

Official Rules and Regulations
Eligibility: The Wooden Hobbyist LLC (Scarlett Guitars) (“Sponsor”) Guitar Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of The Wooden Hobbyist LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on December 30th, 2025 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on January 31st, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.
How to Enter
Purchase Entry:
Eligible individuals earn one (1) entry for every dollar spent on scarlettguitars.com. Purchases will automatically be entered into the giveaway and manually counted and entered by members of The Wooden Hobbyist LLC. Additional entries may be offered on specific items as advertised on the website. Any individual enlisted as a member on the Scarlett Guitars YouTube channel for the monthly fee of $9.99 automatically obtains 100 entries.

No Purchase Entry:
To enter without purchase, go to our YouTube channel and leave a comment on the paper guitar build video. Limited to one entry per individual.
Prize Details:
1 winner will be selected at random to retrieve the guitar as listed above. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It must be accepted as awarded and is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees beyond manufacturer-provided terms.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on January 31st, 2026 at 7PM Central Standard Time. You, or a selected family member / friend / sponsor of your choice must be present during the live stream in order to win. Since we are not collecting emails to notify the winner, the selected winner MUST be present and viewing the live stream to hear their YouTube username called out.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to tampering, fraud, technical difficulties, or other uncontrollable circumstances. The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process and may seek damages as permitted by law.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, hometown, state, and statements for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
Release and Liability: By entering, participants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of the giveaway or prize use/misuse. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, inaccurate entries, or other errors.
Disputes: All disputes will be resolved in federal or state courts in St. Charles County, Missouri. Participants waive claims for attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, and other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses unless prohibited by law.
