The Deadwood-7 is not a production guitar. It is a hand-built, boutique instrument, crafted one piece at a time. Every line, every carve, every joint was shaped in a woodshop—not on an assembly line. This is the kind of guitar that still remembers the hands that made it.
Designed from the ground up as a true 7-string baritone, its 28" scale length delivers iron-clad tuning stability and low-end clarity, whether you’re in Drop A, Drop G, or exploring uncharted tunings. There is no flub. No collapse. No guesswork. The Deadwood-7 plays heavy with authority.
The body is a laminated stack of quartersawn walnut, maple, and African mahogany, pressed and grain-oriented for structural integrity and tonal depth. This lamination isn’t aesthetic filler—it’s a blueprint. It shapes the fundamental voice and stability of the guitar.
Crowned with a butternut top, the instrument resonates with an airy, warm character that balances the extended scale perfectly. The natural depth and flame in the wood reads like desert grain weathered by time.
The neck is carved from quartersawn sapele, chosen for stability and response. The leopardwood fretboard adds a tactile texture and a visual richness that looks like something unearthed, not purchased. Stainless steel frets ensure that feel remains effortless for life.
And the signature element:
The “Dirty Glow” inlays illuminating the fretboard, headstock, and truss rod cover.
It feels alive when the lights go down.
This isn’t just a guitar.
It’s a relic from a world that never existed — but should have.
